Please contact your distributor directly. They are trained to resolve your issues quickly. Please include the following information in all correspondence:

If your device needs repair, your distributor will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). Then you can send the device, paying in advance, to the nearest service center. Don't forget to include a note describing the problem. Please use the original packaging for all shipments. Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.
